Traveling with an Assistant

by Sigrid Strohschneider-Laue June. 23, 2019 657 views

It seems my husband is watching me more often as I thought - at least in the last few weeks! When we went on Time Travel and visited The Money Pit he took some photos of Felix. Of course, when he photographed Felix my person is unavoidable at the dog's side (or maybe it’s the other way around and Felix is at my side). Btw. I combined some of the pictures Roland took of Felix and me with the pictures I shot in the same moment.

Yes, Felix is indeed a hunting dog. When I’m shooting he is watching the prey, when I’m lowering the camera he is watching me. Our little doggie became overnight a dream of a photographers assistant dog. I’m sure one day he will carry my lens cleaning cloth!

I think it's more funny with an assistant - if you don't think so, please compare it with the situations in Pula, Trieste and Umag.

Nice job from Roland. Felix thinks the same, where I go she is and she shoots my prey . Can't you make some small sadlebags for Felix,he can carry your expanding gear.

Love the series and thank Roland for taking the photos.  I Like #10 more because of Felix's look.

Yes, Roland did indeed a good job! Of course #10 is everybodies favorite. Felix is so adorable, when he is waiting until I'm done with the camera. Yes, he is always doing it!

So you and Felix have people.  Isn't it great to have that?  My people only require that I do an occasional good deed, and that serves to renew my kitchen pass.

Do I have people? Last time I asked my family to scratch my back, nobody cared and Felix couldn't do it! I think, Felix got the better bargain ...

Oh man, I feel bad for you.  My people handle all those kinds of details for me.  It's good to have people. smile
