There weren't many clouds left in the Raleigh area sky this morning… most had been blown out by the strong winds by twilight's onset… but the few that remained provided a nice pallet for the sun's early rays. The first image shows the view just before the sun topped the building-horizon (better large on black [bighugelabs.com]), and below that are #2 the early twilight and #3 post-rise views (both better LOB, twilight, here [bighugelabs.com] and post-rise, here [bighugelabs.com]). Sweet!
