I haven't been on here for awhile but it's the first of the year, and you know what that mean!?.... GOALS! One of my goals for 2020 is to photograph more, edit in a timely manner, and post. This is one of those places I want to post more.
A couple of days ago I woke up to a winter wonderland. It was foggy and there was hoar frost clinging to every branch on every tree and shrub in the small city where I live. It was beautiful. I really didn't have time to go out with my camera and capture some of that beauty but as I sat drinking my coffee and looking outside, I realized that photographing was more important than my pre-planned schedule. I grabbed my camera and ran.
I went to several locations but realized time was my enemy. The sun was trying to break through and the ice crystals were starting to melt. So I didn't get as much time in this wonderland, but maybe that was a good thing. I did have a full day's worth of stuff to do. Here's what I captured.
