Luckily our doctor got all 3 of us on Tamiflu before the DOH said to not dispense unless hospitalized. Mainly because of the high numbers of cases expected.

Here is the truth…Swine flu is a type A or Type 1 virus. Jake had a Type A or 1 virus. no rel difference in symptoms or treatmet. half his class is out with it. The nurse at the school told me about 1/3 of the school district is positive for type a but uncomfirmed as swine…yet only if its swine is anyone taking it seriously. I am rather irrate about this. the school is not doing what they need to do unless there is a confirmed case of swine…well just let unconfirmed run wild.

Jake was so sick and I would hate to see other kids go through this when the school could of simply closed for a few days and cleaned with bleach and all would be well…

So my pictures have nothing to do with my soapbox for today…except…after spending 3 days cleaning everything we can come in contact with with bleach and clorox wipes my fingers feel as delicate and blue as these flowers. i even cloroxed of the call button at the pharmacy drive through at the Edgewood Walgreens (Renee ~ Paul,,,use the 3rd drive through…I cleaned it yesterday!)

A few days before this swine flu scare started, my youngest was feeling a bit flu like. A few days later, she was her "Regular" goofy self

With that much flu in his school you'd think they'd close for a couple days, swine or not. At least you're all okay - glad to hear it!

How awful that you guys went through this. I live just a few miles from the high school that apparently was the "epicenter." Glad all is well now.

Your flowers are very pretty. :)

      Nice set!

Glad to hear your son is healthy.

A couple of school districts up here closed for a week or two after some cases of the flu. Hopefully yours will also.
