The Shire
Who have not heard of this awesome place and who have not seen the epic movie of all times - the Lord of the Rings? Like seriously...LOTR! LOTR! This movie will probably be unmatchable in like forever! And that famous place in middle Earth "The Shire" where the Hobbits live - truly exists in the Waikato Region of New Zealand! Like really really exists in this world! How awesome is that! LOTR fan or not, The Shire will make you uhmmm sing...
"And I think to myself...what a wonderful world...Yes, I think to myself what a wonderful world...."
And we saw how real The Shire is - it is extremely dreamy beautiful as it was shown in the LOTR and The Hobbiton. That day we stepped inside it is truly like a dream come true...a movie coming into life kind of feeling. We are not hobbits but how we envied them for such a beautiful place they called home which they woke up to every morning. Everywhere I turn... I see rolling luscious greens, those green mountain ranges too, the real hobbit holes, that secluded farm life, placid sheep, gardens, the ground they stepped into barefooted, those trees, the Green dragon inn, those trees and flowers....arggghhh it is so much full of life even on a Winter season! If only this is not a privately owned family farm, then I would love to dwell in it for like really really long long time. But since forever is not possible, just grabbed a beer from the Green Dragon Inn, cheers! [even that place where they had that merry celebration is real!].
The photos I have in this series are not enough to relay how lovable this unearthly place! But if there is such a list for places you MUST visit while existence is still in this physical Earth, then add The Shire!!!

There is LIFE in The Shire...It is Full of LIFE!

Rolling luscious greens...as far as my eyes can see. Imagine waking up to this!

I close my eyes...and I still can see how real that moment was... the Hobbit's way of life at the SHIRE.
This is incredible, SS! The shot of you is gorgeous and the third one looks like a movie set!
