The Bunny

We always get a lot of rabbits in the yard here in Pennsylvania, and they're always fun to take photos of being cute and all. This rabbit let me get up pretty close to it, although I was using my panasonic 100-300mm lens (600mm equiv), so I was still a bit of a distance away. I'm having so much fun with this lens btw!

As I was taking pics of the rabbit, my cat came over to me and rubbed against my legs and laid down and wanted to play-she didn't even notice the bunny! But the bunny saw her, and immediately stiffened up when it did. Didn't care about me, just the cat lol.

Eventually my cat saw the rabbit and entered stalk mode. She wiggled her butt several times and lunged forward at it. It of course, got away easy.

Thanks! I love getting different animals into 1 pic, although it's tough!

My mom is originally from PA. Where do you live? She was from southern York County, thirty minutes north of Baltimore, in a town called New Freedom.

Oh I'm in the Northeast, near Scranton. That's probably about a 3 hour drive from the south border.
