I love this challenge! I love the hard work it is. I love the labor that bears the fruit. I love that I'm photographing so much that my photo-muscle is exhausted! I love that feeling of commitment to the cause that helps me push through this and all other worthy challenges. Today's photo marks the 300th day of this self-imposed challenge. The photo shows me, looking into the light on the horizon, worn, tired, searching, seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. The photo is neither celebratory or flattering on its own, but stands as a firm milestone on my path towards the photographer I want to be. And – in many ways – the challenge also helps me along the path to become the person I want to be. It takes grit.
