Dogs, cats, even pigs do not mind people. You can find pigs even in the ditch.

Life at stake...

Cats do not mind strangers' touch at all.

Kids having fun...

Down under the valley.

A waterfall down the Cat cat village.

A see-saw. Have some fun but pain in the bottom, lasting a couple of day...

Just started blossom.

Downtown of Sa pa, kids are having some fun with playing soccer.

Gecko cafe.

New hotels still under construction.

As a tourist, I hope things to remain as they used to be but Sa pa is experiencing changes...

A view of Sa pa top through clouds.

Rice fields. Not planted yet.

A small village.

A flower that I encountered along the trail.

A very typical scenery of Sa pa

Zoomed in...

An old lady making up a water buffalo, deer? giraffe?

Actually I don't know why all these people are following us...

A kind papa taking care of his baby.

Coming close to the end of the road.

I wonder if people actually dwell in those houses. Does not look abandoned, though.

Unlike rural area of other Asian counties, Sa pa is rather crowded. They cannot use any machines in those rice fields and need lots of hands indeed.

Cute! But just like China, people in Sa pa looks love duck meat.

Start with water buffalo and end with water buffalo as well. What a coincidence.

Hope you enjoyed the short journey in Sa pa with me.

Not just the feeling of exotic but the behavior of all those animals are very different. Dogs, cats, even pigs do not mind people at all. I just felt like everything is living in a good harmony.  I've been to a very spiritual place. Next time, I'll be sure to stay there more than a week.

Thank you, Sigrid. I took hundreds of pictures there but these are all I can share with you, I'm afraid. I promise I will go to Sa pa again. Those two days of trip is not enough to feel what Sa pa is. smile
