St. George's, Grenada

St. George's has to be, by far, the prettiest harbor in the Caribbean. We walked off the boat and into the town not really sure where we were headed. The town is very hilly and we soon found ourselves climbing uphill before arriving at the front of the old fort, which we had read about but hadn't intended to seek out. We decided to explore and were rewarded with amazing views of both the ocean and on the other side the harbor. After an hour or so of walking around we decided to walk back down hill and catch a water taxi to Grand Anse Beach which was big and relatively un-crowded. After a few hours of sunbathing and swimming/wading we heading back to the ship and later that night caught another great sunset from our veranda.

Our shipped docked the harbor.

Loved the lighting in this photo.
