The beginning

He is supposed to do the traction 2-3 times a day, 15-20 minutes each time. Lovely, isn't it. He can feel it pull his neck though, so maybe it will work. His first therapy appt. is the 21st of April and he goes back to the neurosurgeon in early June. We'll see what happens. In the meantime he has a few restrictions - no heavy lifting, no mowing the grass and nothing high impact, i.e. running, indoor soccer and the like.

That is not a pretty face. I have high hopes this will work and he'll be back mowing the lawn in no time....in the meantime, if you need any help, let me know. I'll send your Dad over....lol!!!

I'm thinking I'll have grass duty, at least until we get a new mower. We don't have a huge lawn, so it is push mowed. The mower is rather old and the self propelled function no longer works. Although Ricky could do the back yard, the front yard is on a bit of a "hill" and I have concerns with him using it. I guess I'll just look at it as exercise I have to do.
