Experiments in Intention Camera Movement (ICM). Selected from a range of initial shot with ICM using various manual settings and a variable ND filter.
As well as the camera setting there were the shot were taken with different hand movements and speeds. The only recommendation I can make is to take lots of shots at a range of settings and see what works.
