HALLELUJAH......by jeff Buckley

HALLELUJAH.. [youtube.com]

young, death are a mysterious universe, which we fear but we do captive too!
listen this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=related

All this seems so far away …

the more we advance in age, the more you think ..
we become more lucid….

it becomes more intimate and natural…..
more inevitable outcome permeates us deeply….

How many times have I imagined my final resting place not without some anxiety….

.. until I found this place…..

calm has returned to me…

I can foresee the future with serenity …

grids will be close behind me I rest in peace. Hallelujah….

in peace for life…

What a beautiful, sensitive and thought provoking post. It's a lovely song, I've never heard before. Sometimes I think I just want to be buried in my garden. :)

My god, TOmie, I do not know what to say. I am shared between wanting to comfort you and say "our body fears death, as well as our inds, but our souls don't and sometimes it wants to go" and saying "run out, run out, it's a prison!" But it is no prison; and such cemetaries do soothe the heart. And.,.For once, I know the song you are talking about! Jeff Buckley was a fantastic creator.
Bon ca me met a plat un peu mais c'est bien de lire tout cela; c'est important de penser a ces choses la. As tu demande a Tomie si lui apprehende?

Lovely pictures and lovely version of a lovely song.
When I was little I assumed I was going to end up in the graveyard in the village, little knowing how many places I'd live in. Now I have no idea where I'm going to put my bones. Fancied a place in Tintagel castle for a while which would have been completely illegal, but I enjoyed the idea of my then Husband pretending to have a picnic while digging a hole..
