Home!

And back on my bike in the morning for a lovely cycle along the Vecht river and Maarsseveenseplassen.

It was busy with boats on the Vecht river as it promised to be a hot day (30C).

You don't often see this many big fish at the surface of the water! Very pretty. When I was taking the pic an older man also stopped to take a look at told me they are some kind of bass (or maybe bream?)

Our neighbourhood cat!! Normally he likes to follow us when we walk to the supermarket, but since we've been away for over a week… he's been rather pissed off! It's all our fault of course.

Having a fish BBQ at night!

King Cat - they find the neatest places to perch. Nice food too.

Cute cat pic, he does have that indignant look.
The second pic is very pretty - I'm impressed that you snapped it while cycling.

He's quite a cutie your fella. So is the pussycat. He's probably forgotten you. Or found someone else to follow around.

The cat does look a bit put-out.
Maybe give him some of your fish BBQ to say you're sorry?

Yes, I was cycling. I was also carrying a bag. No biggie.

#2 is a pretty shot, and please tell me you weren't moving when you took the first shot?

Hee hee - fun shadow shot - if I tried that I might be kissing the pavement.
