Love the way you framed these! They look luscious! I'd be tempted to put a dollop of vanilla bean ice cream between two of them,smile for an ice cream sandwich!

Thank you! I read that baking soda is what makes cookies fluffy, so I added a little more than what the recipe called for, and they came out so nice and light.
