what i'm currently reading
i've always been interested in the whole realm of what this teaches.. be calm and in harmony with nature, with your body and your breath.. being intuitive and finding my own ways of centering myself and letting go of stress..
and this book is interesting because it's teaching me old and new techniques of doing this.. teaching me the proper way to breathe and move.. ah, it's just enlightening and rejuvenating..
i just realized that the writer and his wife host local workshops and courses at AMI, the american meditation institute and i so want to go . . .
