Good Morning April!

i moved to New York 18 years ago today.. i remember travelling the 400 miles, from Ontario Canada and seeing the mountains getting closer and mostly i remember 3-4 feet of snow as we got to our destination.. i thought, this is mothers natures April Fools joke..

so this morning, 18 years a New Yorker and mother nature still has a little silliness left in her.. [smile]

yesterday it was 53 degrees and moths were hovered around the porch light when i got up.. this morning the chickens stepped out of the coop with "you gotta be kidding ma.. carry us"

[good morning april]

i know it will warm up today and this white stuff [is that even snow?] will melt into nothingness..

flowers are still a L-O-N-G way off in my neck of the woods..

These are fantastic! Really beautiful set, the snow almost looks like tiny pieces of hail or something.

We can only hope that since Spring is taking its time in showing its face, that when it does appear, it will stay around for a longer period of time. Your close up of the snow really look like moth balls smile

It sure ain't Chicago snow, I'll say that (from what I remember of it after leaving Chicago in 1973).  But your close up shots are pretty cool.
