baby phoebes for Camellia

you'd think i planned it this way.. i just looked at todays prompt and thought, aha! i know where there is a full nest.. on the side of the shop, some eastern phoebes made a nest above a window.. she had a tiny ledge, amazing how she could build it out and sturdy.. it's so high up i had to wait till the babies grew big enough to see their grey fluff hanging over the edge..

and mama phoebe doing everything she can but dive bomb me, to get my attention away from her babies.. so i turned the camera on her..

Sweet shots. If you know when they hatched count out 16ish days and that is when you have a chance at seeing them fledge (fly for the first time).

❤❤ ( these were supposed to be red hearts, not sure why they are black) Love! To be honest at first glance I did not see them, just saw this huge pile of green/white fluff and could not figure out what it was.  Then as I read I had to go back and look and sure enough the nest is full! No Phoebes here or if they are here I have not had the patience to sit long enough to see them. Mama is beautiful. Thank you for sharing a full nest with me smile
