October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. My mother is a Breast Cancer survivor for over 15 years.

Each October for the first week of the month I dedicate my nails and wardrobe to support Breast Cancer. Many events and activities in support of Breast Cancer awareness take place in the first week.

If you have not gotten your breast exam/mammogram done this year take the time for you and your family and make sure to have it done.

Yes, you are so right about that! Two of my friends and a aunt are survivers too! Tomorrow my mother has to face another check-up (CT) because of her pancreatic cancer. It's a constant fear ...
Best wishes to your mother!
