Knew I couldn`t leave those tubes alone.

Barney, my extremely trusting Tabby cat...

Mackerel tabby

The mackerel tabby pattern has vertical, gently curving stripes on the side of the body. The stripes are narrow and may be continuous or broken into bars and spots on the flanks and stomach. An "M" shape appears on the forehead along with dark lines across the cat's cheeks to the corners of its eyes. Mackerels are also called 'fishbone tabbies', probably because they are named after the fish. Mackerel is the most common tabby pattern.

Think he`s one of these..

But your not seeing a larger bit of him, well not today any-hows.

Then there`s Freddy who it seems is just full of dust and whiskers.

Cool! Any recommendations for a macro lens? I have a Nikon d750 camera .

Wish I could, I don`t have a macro lens per se, extension rings and I work with the problems this can cause with my optics. Generally I put an adaptor ring on camera, fit an old prime lens and shoot manually. Means I can have magic optics at half the price. I have a friend who does a lot of macro with a dedicated lens I could check with her if u like.

Hi Asked a friend I know , old photoblogger. Knew she`d bought a macro lens recommended by yet another photoblogger, Stefan. Who does know his stuff. Hope this helps you make a choice. Good luck.
I'm a Canon user and the macro lens I bought is a Tamron 60mm, f2. I expect it's available with Nikon fitting. I was recommended to buy mine by Stefan, and he was right. It's a beauty. I use it all the time. Wonderful bokeh. Hope that helps.
