Kruschicki

It's been five years since I made kruschicki, something I normally would make at Christmastime.  Five years too long!  Egg yolk, sour cream, and flour dough shaped into bow ties then deep fried and sprinkled with powdered sugar.  It is something that takes me an entire day at least and it's a little backbreaking.  The past few years it was not feasible but finally this year I had the room and the time.  Besides the plates I'll be bringing home I have a new slew of people here in Southwest Virginia to get addicted to the Polish Crack.
