Grapefruit Gazpacho

This zingy cold melon soup is sure to tickle everyone's taste buds. To do: Seed one large cantaloupe and cut into 1 inch chunks. Puree in a blender with 1/3 cup grapefruit juice. Refrigerate until chilled, then pour into individual scooped-out grapefruits filled with ice.
