Knowing well that temperatures during the day will only go higher, we went for a walk this Saturday morning before getting any work started. And yes, the camera went with me.

In general, today was a really good day. We managed to squeeze a lot of different things into it, and ending up going dancing the night away. Still, out of all the photos produced, I think this one, taken during our morning walk, was still the one I wanted to post.

I think it took me about 20 minutes to decide if I wanted this in black and white or color, but since I like the effect the blue and green hues give to it, I decided to keep it as is.

Looking at it now, after having reviewed different shots, there are new things I start finding in it, or concepts that are birthed from this image. I think that happens to almost everyone... finding new things in your own work, even after viewing it several times.

Anyway... have a great Sunday, and if it applies to you, Happy Father's Day!

What an interesting photo. I like it a lot. What is casting that straight shadow?

Thanks for the comment! It's actually an overpass. This is a segment of the trail that has a low pedestrian bridge over the creek, and over that bridge, there's an overpass. The creek not carrying much water, made for a shallow level.
I like how it seems as it if could have been taken from space, somewhere over Iceland or Scotland... green open scenery (it still in my bucket list!). And the floating moss(?) looks like green clouds over the Earth.
