Well…how do I top the Ren Faire series? Oh, so much pressure! :)

I guess when you are unsure, you fall back on what you know, eh? So, I offer you a rose. Which I saved from the Dread Pirate Spike.

Speaking of rose, have a listen to La Vie En Rose [youtube.com] by Louis Armstrong. Whenever I hear this song, it reminds me of a trip to Santa Barbara where I had dinner at a cajun restaurant and the whole restaurant sang and couples danced to this song. :) It was a fun night.

Stats for #1 & #2 - D200, 70-180 macro lens, ISO 100 on my tripod.

1 - 135mm 1/8s @ F22
2 - 110mm 1/1.6s @ F36
3 - Spike with my Coolpix S50

Thanks! The rose was only in Spike's reach then because I had just put it in a vase & water. I have to put the flowers up out his reach on top of a book case he can't get to. Sometimes, the big bouquets I have to put in a corner behind the toaster. What can you do?
