Cable Air Show - Part 5 - A jumble of parts and one whole car. Some from planes, some from cars. They are the pieces I thought were interesting. Mostly because of color and lines.

The last car was in this post [photoblog.com] last summer. I found out that the paint for this car is $1000 a gallon. A GALLON! Can you imagine?

Right rear of a red car, converted to b&w with a red filter.

I would have polished this hubcap but I thought the owner might get a bit upset. ;)

You are killing my husband (yellowperil) and I with your photos of the airshow! They are SO AMAZING!!! I loved everyone of them . . . can't get enough. I think this might be your calling, of course, Spike might be your calling too, and then there is flowers. Too many callings.

It's a whole other world. I can't envision a gallon of paint costing that much money. Great series.

Splendid collection of shapes, colours and lines, some of them almost like abstract paintings. #2 is my favourite. It's a bit scary to think how much the owner probably loves that car.

Wonderful shots again! I've thoroughly enjoyed this entire series.

Your comment about polishing the hub cap really made me laugh! Wonderful shot though, even with the dirty hubcap! =)
