Remembering When

This photo was taken about a year ago when the lock downs had just begun in China. The only thing we were allowed to do was go out for walks, so it became a nightly ritual to go down to the waterfront and walk in the park. I always loved this area of Xiamen because of all the lights. Now, we are able to move about much more freely than then, but we no longer have these views nearby.

Stunning - the Chinese do these sort of scenes very well don't they? Nice framing with the tree.

Water, lights, reflections..... best part of night photography. The colors on that tall building are beautiful.

I've got plenty more of that building. The lights covered the entire building and we're animated.

I can see why this would be a nightly ritual. I really like the reflections in the water and the framing!

I can see why you loved the lights there so much. They do look amazing, especially to the photographer.

I always wanted to have my camera with me on those walks.
