A lot of stuff today

I had an interview today near Grand Central so there was lots to photograph today. This isn't even half of it.

First there was this pissed off lion.

Then, the most beautiful building in the city.

Interview was in the Chanin Building [nyc-architecture.com]

It's gorgeous.

This is just some of the outside. Look at the link 2 posts back for more gorgeousness.

Afterward I walked a block over to this beaux arts beauty.

There was the annual gift fair in the Vanderbilt corridor. This is one of the chandeliers lighting the place.

I found my way to the Transit Museum Annex where I picked up a gift for myself (a MetroCard holder) got to watch their holiday train set up.

Just love subway art.

The Chrysler is my joint favourite NYC building. I'm torn between that and the Flat Iron building.

Fingers crossed about the job.
