Breakfast was quick this morning as I headed out the door to Organic Chemistry. These chocolate banana zucchini muffins are dairy and gluten free with no added sugar and 100% packed with flavor...impossible, right?! I make a batch of these every few weeks, pop them in the freezer, and take one out the night before to thaw. Pair it with some fruit and a travel mug full of coffee, and you're good to go!
