Bee on Sedum

I didn't have to go far to get a snapshot of this pretty bee. He was out in my front garden. This is the time of year that bees move slower. You can always get a great shot of a bee on sedum flowers. Thanks for viewing.

Nice shot! Sedum always attractes insects. Are you sure it's a bee? It looks more like a Hoverfly!

You know - I bet you're right. I hadn't seen one this large before!!! I thought it looked similar to a tiny one I took a photo of a couple months ago. smile

Because of your photo, I crawled yesterday around the sedum in my mother's garden. But not a single insect showed up - I was so disappointed ... smile

Ohhh nooooooooooo!!!!  LOL... Keep at it! Sedum is usually very buggy.
