impomea | lensbaby sweet 50
When I start to play with my Lensbaby lenses, I actually have quite a few unsuccessful shots. Managing the in-focus area with wild background bokeh effects doesn’t always end up as planned. Nevertheless, it’s a great exercise for thinking out-of-the-box, embracing a new way of seeing our surroundings.
This is one of the more successful shots. I enjoy how the bokeh movement forces the eye to the open ipomea. And while other Lensbaby’s such as the Velvet line, never provide a tack-on focus, the Sweet 50 does the job so that main object really stands out in the composition.
Love this. Great capture.
