So I have the awful reputation of picking up plants in pots left die - near trash cans, left on the side walk or fallen from someone’s window sill.
About two years I noticed leaves that looked like daffodils in a pot that I took home and planted in a large pot. And they began growing some time back; I just thought they were very very early daffodils. Then a yellowish bud popped up and I thought, “Wow, this is clear bizarre.” It works out that they are stenbergia! Crocus-looking flower, but significantly larger, that bloom early fall.
