A play of light that lasted about 15 seconds, For me, proof that a point and shoot camera in your pocket is worth any camera you care to name at home on the shelf.

My wish for the New Year is that the fine atmosphere
on PB prevails over those who try to spread malice and mistrust.

      I love this! I too am beginning to realize that I like the quick shots taken with my phone as well as the big DSLR... I guess it follows that saying that it isn't the camera, it's the photographer! :-)

      Mixed with that lighting, the silver color of those train cars and the flecks of yellow in the signage really make a "best" photo: great shot!

      A very film-noir photo, YD, with a solitary feel to it. And I agree about the p&s cameras, which are so handy. This was a great choice!
