Imperial Villa Memorial Park

Tamozawa Imperial Villa [japan-guide.com] was built in 1899 for the purpose of the Emperor of Taisho's rest. He spent summers in this village every year until he died in 1926.

This house is three-storied and has 106 rooms. It has a lot of cultural values … architecture, size, history, decoration, paintings, silence, huge cherry tree, etc.

It is opening to the public now. If you have a chance to visit Japan, please never forget to visit it.
